Welcome to Artwearo (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website artwearo.com and your purchase of products from our print‑on‑demand store.

By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Our Business Model

Artwearo is a print‑on‑demand retailer. We create original designs and offer them on various products (t‑shirts, hoodies, mugs, cushions, etc.). When you place an order:

• Your order is sent electronically to one of our trusted print partners.

• The product is printed, inspected, and packaged specifically for you.

• The finished item is shipped directly to your provided address.

We do not hold inventory. Each product is made only after you order it.

2. Placing an Order

2.1 Order Acceptance

When you place an order through our WooCommerce store, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD (or your local currency if displayed). Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be shown at checkout. We accept payments through PayPal. By submitting your payment, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

We strive to display product colors, sizes, and designs accurately. However, digital mockups may vary slightly from the physical product due to monitor settings, lighting, or printing variations.

3. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

3.1 Production Times

Because each product is made to order, production typically takes 2–7 business days (depending on the product and print provider). Estimated production times are shown on each product page and at checkout.

3.2 Shipping Times

After production, shipping times vary by destination:

• US: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 3–7 business days

• UK/EU: 7–14 business days

• Other countries: 10–20 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3.3 Delays

Artwearo is not responsible for delays caused by the print provider, shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will notify you of any known delays when possible.

3.4 Customs and Duties

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. We are not responsible for packages held by customs.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind (e.g., wrong size, different color preference). However, we stand behind our quality.

4.1 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@artwearo.com. Include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

• A brief description

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund.

4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate.

4.3 Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs or lost packages. We can update your address before the order enters production (usually within 1–2 hours of ordering). After that, changes may not be possible.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account on our site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Designs

All original designs, graphics, text, logos, and images on this site (excluding third‑party product mockups) are the intellectual property of Artwearo. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6.2 User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to our site, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that content for marketing or promotional purposes.

When using our site, you agree not to:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
